Get Involved

BEYOND 2023 offers a range of opportunities for individuals and organisations to showcase their projects and research, host discussions and workshops, as well as meet new partners, funders and collaborators.

Showcasing Projects

The BEYOND Immersive Future Lab (IFL) provides opportunities to showcase cutting-edge prototype projects and R&D. The Lab will be hosted in the conference venue on the 21-22 November and open to all in-person conference speakers and delegates. Showcased projects will also have a dedicated online presence on the BEYOND website as well as the Immersive Futures Lab website and benefit from marketing and communications support in the lead-up to the conference.

Please note we only have a very limited number of showcase spaces available this year, so will only be extending the submission deadline if there are still spaces available.

Exhibition stands in the Immersive Futures Lab start from £2,999 + VAT and include a 2 x 2 metres sq space, bespoke signage, large monitor and furniture, as well as 2 x BEYOND In Person Tickets.

Expo Showcase Packages at BEYOND start from £4,449 + VAT and include a dedicated exhibition space for up to 4 projects to run on the same exhibition stand with bespoke signage, large monitor and furniture, as well as a total of 4 x BEYOND In Person Tickets. Full specifications and price for additional space and equipment available on request.

 Partner Programming

The Day 02 BEYOND programme strand, on 22 November, is an opportunity for partners to develop and deliver workshops, short talks and/or demos, supported by the BEYOND event production and comms teams. The Day 02 programme will be included in the conference schedule and aligned with this year’s theme of BEYOND Global, which explores the whole ecosystem of creative economies, the key questions, opportunities and challenges for creative innovation around the world, and the potential to form new collaborations and partnerships for future projects, research and growth. All proposed events will be evaluated against these themes before being accepted into the programme and then allocated time in the schedule on a first-come-basis.

The standard cost for a 45-60 minute event (workshop, short talk, demo etc) with an anticipated audience of up to 30 delegates is £899 + VAT. This includes a dedicated room with basic AV set-up, delegate management and event production support, as well as 2 x BEYOND tickets. Larger rooms are also available for 50-100 delegates from £1499 + VAT, including a total of 4 x BEYOND tickets.

Additional Opportunities

In addition to the opportunities presented above the BEYOND team is always happy to discuss speaker opportunities, project launches and fringe events that you would like to be included in the BEYOND programme.
